Open day 29.04.2024

In honour of its upcoming 71^st anniversary, the RULMENTI S.A. Barlad bearing factory hosted on April 29, 2024 the visit of a group of 40 retired former employees. The group of visitors had the opportunity to see their work places and former colleagues once again, to exchange memories and impressions with them and to retrace the steps they took for decades on the alleys and production halls of the factory. The guests visited sectors such as Turning, Rollers, Grinding, Assembly, Sorting and Laboratories and had the chance to remember the bearings’ beautiful journey into existence.

The highlight of the tour was the attendance of the CEO, Mr. Muhammet Orcun Kir, whose presence amidst the guests was a most welcome surprise , that left a stong impression in all of them. Mr. Orcun Kir instantly developed a lively chemistry with all the former employees of RULMENTI S.A., engaging in conversations with every one of them and welcoming their thoughts and suggestions regarding the past and the future of the company.

In celebration of the 71 years of existence of the factory, the CEO, Mr. Orcun Kir, personally handed to each visitor an anniversary medal and took photos alongside them, wishing them well and thanking them for their eagerness to stay connected to the factory and for the emotion and enthusiasm they brought into the event.
